Most of your weekend you will be meeting in your selected track. Please choose carefully! Read the descriptions, prerequisites, and talk with your InterVarsity staff for suggestions. For a track description just click on a track title below.
What would it take to help you move from being someone whose faith “survives” college to becoming a thriving follower of Jesus? Come and experience how to thrive in college by being a growing disciple IN Christ, LIKE Christ, and WITH Christ.
Is your small group struggling to follow Jesus in His mission? Is there an area on campus you want to bring the Gospel? "Living and Leading with Jesus" is a space to gather with other apprentices and leaders. Come grow your leadership to look more like Jesus and create steps for leading your small group in outreach back on campus.
Join a group of internationals and Americans as we spend the weekend together looking at who Jesus is and learning from him. We will celebrate God's love for cultures and be invited to join him both at Cross Training and back on campus. Qualifying participants receive a discount for this track.
Jesus' final words to his followers were to "go and make disciples." That is his charge to us too. This is Jesus' multiplicative plan to reach the world. Wow, how do we do this - and how do we lead others to do this? Come learn and grow with us as we gain some practical skills and a model for discipleship and disciple-making.
Do you ever wonder what Jesus would say to you if He were speaking to you face to face? How about what sort of message would he want to communicate to your InterVarsity chapter? Would you be shocked or embarrassed? Would he have words of encouragement or rebuke? Join us for a weekend of listening to the words of Jesus in the book of Revelation and walk away from the weekend ready to join in his mission.
Check-in is at 5:30pm. Please note no supper will be served on Friday night. We suggest you factor in time for a quick bite to eat en route or save some time and money by making some PBJs before you leave. Meals all day Saturday and Sunday breakfast are provided.
Talk with your staff worker to ensure that you can make the track change. You will need his/her approval. Once you have staff approval please email or phone the conference registrar and indicate the new track you would like to placed in. If the track is full to capacity you will need to choose another option.
Staff approval ensures that your learning experience at Cross Training will be appropriately challenging. Your staff member will know how to choose the track that will serve you best for where you are at in your journey as a follower of Jesus.
